Born in Santa Barbara, Amir Dehlan moved to the Central Valley when he was five years old. A first generation American and the oldest two boys, his parents immigrated to the US from Iran in the 1970’s. Amir attended Clovis West High School and subsequently earned a degree in Biology from Fresno State University. He had early ambitions of becoming a doctor, but as his college years were coming to an end, Amir confirmed that his passion was in real estate.
Upon entering real estate, Amir began crafting his experience in residential home sales. With REO (bank owned properties) and short sales being the prime inventory of the market at the time, he dedicated himself to learning how to facilitate short sales. While representing sellers and strategically getting transactions to the closing table, he quickly achieved a 100% success rate. He aligned himself with many successful REO agents, creating relationships, and earning their trust and confidence. These strategic relationships helped him get offers accepted, beat his competition, and take his real estate business to the next level.
During this time, Amir also began immersing himself in the commercial sector. He created solid relationships with clients and commercial agents, allowing him to successfully break into the commercial realm. He learned everything possible about commercial sales and leasing has created a strong name for himself in the industry.
In 2015, Amir helped his father sell his business, allowing him the opportunity to learn Business Sales (Bulk Sales) and add another notch to his real estate belt. In 2016, Amir received his Broker’s License and started working with his brother Afsheen in Los Angeles. He then joined Keller Williams Hollywood Hills, while still maintaining his license in Fresno. This period of his career had a major impact on his development and helped his real estate business grow exponentially.
In 2017, Amir, Patty and Afsheen Dehlan formed The Dehlan Group and Amir removed his license from Keller Williams to start the growth of his own team in Fresno. Today, there are a total of 4 team members of The Dehlan Group, with every member bringing unique talent and experience to the table.
