Jade Riley is a native of the San Joaquin Valley. She was born and raised in Fresno and attended Manchester GATE Elementary School, Kastner Immediate, and Clovis West High School.

After graduating, Jade moved to San Francisco to work for Apple Computers. However, her love for the Central Valley, its sense of community, central location, and low cost of living eventually brought her back to Fresno, California.

Since 2011, Jade previously served the North Fresno and Madera communities, providing financial services and advice for one of the nation’s largest financial institutions. During this time, she spearheaded multiple fundraising campaigns for Autism Awareness and Early Intervention, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and The Poverello House.

In March of 2012, Jade was introduced to Patty Dehlan, and her life was forever changed. By September, she became a homeowner for the first time, and her passion for real estate was born.

As with many, the COVID-19 Pandemic brought many changes for Jade. In January 2021, she shifted gears and began her career as a full-time realtor. As a mother of three energetic children, Jade is a huge advocate of financial literacy, homeownership, and the importance of building generational wealth through real estate. Since she became a realtor, she has successfully closed multiple transactions, helping clients realize their dream of becoming a homeowner for the first time.

When she’s not assisting homeowners, she enjoys traveling and hiking with her children. Her favorite trail is Lewis Creek, which is just north of Fresno in Oakhurst, California.
